Stickers on Boxes is...

Stickers on boxes is a prototyping tool for generating objects that communicate concepts quickly & simply.

It aims to accelerate and improve the sharing and development of ideas in collaborative contexts.

The stickers are the primary building blocks of the tool, they are custom drawn symbols, shapes and icons representing concepts and things from everyday life, systems and products. With a diverse range of sticker shapes they form a kind of visual short hand which helps to speed up this making process (as all you have to do is peel & stick). Some are pretty much to scale - eyes, ears RFID, phone buttons etc. Others are representative of labels from packaging and computing - folders, warnings, price-tags (although they can be of anything you want).
